Contao Modules: Web App Manifest

The web app manifest supplies information about an application (such as name, icon and description) as a JSON file.
It gives the developer the ability to control how his app appears to the user.
Web applications can be installed to the homescreen of a device without going through an app store.
The module provides a manifest file for each language, so that name, description and start point can be set individually for each language.
